Diversity Article Summary

Since my last article was about how diversity is positive in schools and work places, the article i chose to do now is about how diversity management can be bad for you. People say that diversity management is the new way to deal with discrimination in the workplace. Many corporations are looking into getting more diverse management however, diverse management can be a means of evading hard choices about equality and justice at work. For real though. :)
